\xef\xbb\xbfYou will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SCCM initiatives. Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments. This job has proven to be a career accelerator for hundreds of engineers over the years. providing your expertise on below.

• Analyzing the technology environment.

• Analyzing enterprise specifics.

• Analyzing and documenting requirements.

• Controlling solution development.

• Working with customers during their preferred downtime for critical deployment/support.

Job Requirements

\xef\xbb\xbfMust-Have Skills\xef\xbb\xbf

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfDesign, configure and implementation/upgrade of System Center Configuration Manager products and other Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure solutions.

• Experience on System Centre Configuration Manager working on Device Management, AppDeployment, Managing .Compliancy, Software Management, Patch Management and Reporting.

• Experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM Enterprise environment.

• Experience on design, engineering, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of

Configuration Manager deployed in customer environment.

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Experience managing an OS image deployment for large corporate environments Image infra support.

• Deployment, installation and administration of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other

Core Products

• Functional working and debugging knowledge of IOS Devices, android devices, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

• Ability to Check-in, test & deploy global client application packages on client systems worldwide.

• Administering and Deploying System Center Certification with the latest Version is mandatory.

• Experience on Testing and implementing OS and application related patches and service packs.

• Experience to Manage, Remediate and Report on Device / Workstation Compliancy as per the UCB Policies.

• Experience in Design Device Inventory / Distribution / Metering / Compliance Reports based on customer requirements.

• Automate where possible, Work on making the systems and processes to be compliant with UCB standards and regulatory requirements.

• Technical skills on End Point Management and End point security like security system, security patching , disk encryption, preferred Microsoft technologies

• Exposure in managing network component TCP/IP, iSCSI, DNS and DHCP, Domain Controller replication, and organizational unit management.

• Experienced in designing reports for SCCM and Intune console.

Good to Have Skills

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.

• Extensive knowledge of call logging systems (BMC Remedy, Peregrine, etc.)

• Good understanding and knowledge on latest Windows Operating Systems (Server and Client

OS)

• Knowledge on MS SQL Query building

• Good Understanding of Active directory Backup Technologies L2 (Veeam, NetBackup, HP DP)

Anti - virus, Compliance Patch management, Storage

• Aware of the latest tools and technologies, take part in design and Problem management infrastructure workshops with Ops/Infra/Security teams. Investigate issues across the ecosystem

Remuneration

Malaysia: MYR 10,000 - MYR 11,000

Thailand: THB 75,000 - THB 120,000
