Tech Lead (AI & Machine Learning)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AI and ML solutions, including NLP, predictive analytics, and process automation. Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, models, and cloud tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain). Architect and deploy chatbots, automation pipelines, and recommendation systems integrated with existing business platforms. Build scalable data processing and model training pipelines to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, and assess their potential impact. Provide technical mentorship to engineers and guide the development of internal AI capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in AI, machine learning, or data science projects. Strong hands-on expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, reinforcement learning, or automation systems. Experience deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem). Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
