- Over more than 200 clients onboarded and exciting projects on RPA and unified communications!
- Build and design mobile application for Unified Communications and Cloud IPPBX Solution with best implementation, process and approach.
- Lead, Manage, Hire and grow a team of software engineers
- Current team is 6 engineers growing to 10
- Consult, recommend and articulate technical proposals
- Stakeholder and client management (Expectations and timelines)
- Project management (budget, sprints, milestones)
- Experience in ANY 2 of Golang or NodeJS or Flutter*
- Microservices
- Previous experience in leading small team
- Unified communications, IPPBX software, Telco / communications background.
- At least 7-10 years engineering experience
- 2 + years leading a team
- Would suit an assistant manager / tech lead
- Reporting to the Head of Project delivery (GM level)
- Work from office - located in Petaling Jaya
