The Tech Lead, Full Stack Software Software Developer reports to Head, innovation and Project Delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customer centric digital solution across the four customer stages - Attract, Acquire, Transact and Engage - aiming to create delightful customer experience with the aim of achieving higher CSAT, driving customer advocacy (NPS) and business outcomes (e.g. increase in customer acquisition, revenue and cost optimization). Explore, pilot the viability of emerging frontier technologies that might benefit our Customers, the Community and the Bank. Participate in ground up architecture in both client-side and server-side for new and experimental ideas from plan, design, build, test and deploy. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and share with team members and other stakeholders. Key requirements: Malaysian citizen Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, including Knowledge of multiple cross platform frameworks (e.g. Flutter, React, Angular). Experience in RESTful APIs and wide ecosystem/ 3rd party integrations. Preferred Experience with relational databases and non-relational - PostgreSQL and MongoDB. AWS/AZURE/GCP certifications are an added advantage Candidates with working experience in fintechs, startups, technology companies and consulting firms are encouraged to apply
