Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Tech Lead

to oversee the development and delivery of our modern web applications. This role is ideal for a senior developer with strong hands-on experience in

Laravel

and

Nuxt.js

, who is ready to step into a leadership position. You'll be responsible not only for writing high-quality code, but also for mentoring developers, setting technical standards, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring best practices across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers across frontend and backend projects Drive the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable web applications Oversee and contribute to the development using

Laravel

and

Nuxt.js/Vue.js

Ensure best practices for performance, security, and code quality Review code, provide feedback, and coach team members Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Own the deployment and CI/CD processes Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the product stack

Technical Requirements

Frontend:

Deep expertise in

JavaScript

,

Vue.js

, and

Nuxt.js

Strong grasp of responsive design, modern CSS, and frontend tooling Experience with

UI/UX principles

and integrating RESTful APIs Familiar with

frontend deployment

and SSR/SEO considerations

Backend:

Advanced experience with

Laravel

PHP

, and MVC architecture Skilled in

MySQL

and database design Understanding of

API security

, authentication, and performance optimization Experience managing application state, background jobs, and middleware

General:

Proficient in

Git

(branching strategies, code reviews, pull requests) Solid understanding of

DevOps

: app/server deployment, Linux environments, Docker (preferred) Ability to manage development cycles and mentor junior developers Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset

Education Background

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field A

Master's degree

is a plus, but not required Equivalent practical experience with a strong development portfolio will also be considered
