Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on Technical Lead

with strong expertise in full-stack development and multi-cloud deployment. The ideal candidate will guide our technical team across web and mobile projects, ensure robust CI/CD delivery pipelines, and act as the key bridge between the development team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead end-to-end development across backend (Node.js, Laravel) and mobile (Flutter, React Native) projects. Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems leveraging major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, etc.). Define coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices for the team.

Cloud & DevOps

Manage deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Oversee containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and ensure production reliability. Optimize performance, cost, and security across cloud environments.

Project Management

Plan and track technical milestones, sprint progress, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with business and design teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. Manage timelines, scope, and technical risks for multiple concurrent projects.

Client & Team Communication

Attend meetings with clients in KL/PJ to gather requirements, provide updates, and present solutions. Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture. Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in

Node.js

for cross-platform mobile app development. Proficient in RESTful API design, database modeling (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and microservice architecture. Familiar with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, and agile development environments. Hands-on experience with

, and cloud infrastructure setup. Strong understanding of

services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, etc.).

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills. Proven experience in leading teams or managing software projects. Self-motivated, independent, and able to make sound technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of full-stack development experience with leadership responsibilities. Exposure to DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), or observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). Experience in project delivery for corporate or government clients.
