Tech & Test Analyst (TTA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Managers in the facilitation of project development and as quality gatekeepers of project deliverables.

• Work with global cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and break them into detailed, workable epics and user stories with emphasis on acceptance criteria.

• Support technical team to provide clarity on business requirements/acceptance criteria

• Coordinate and participate in various test phases, and present regular status updates to stakeholders

• Identify, prioritise, implement and manage issue root causes, and present findings and recommendations for workgroup and/or business improvements

• Enforce project and QA processes and encourage an adherence culture among the team and stakeholders.

• Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and improve efficiency and overall quality of deliverables

• Coordinate release activities and effectively communicate plan to stakeholders

• Support QA testers to identify and review test cases where necessary

• A fast learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Technology or Finance background, or related degree preferred

• 2+ years of working experience in professional product development

• Working experience in Agile and/or DevOps

• Experience working with global cross-functional teams would be advantageous

• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to all levels of audiences

• Possess the ability to identify and manage risks/issues with strong problem management skills

• Possess an understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

• Possess knowledge in automation testing and related frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Serenity, Appium, Calabash would be advantageous

• Possess working knowledge in API gateway and service technologies such as, web services, REST, SOAP, HTTP, XML, JSON, YAML would be advantageous
