Position : Tech & Test Analyst (TTA)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM 9,000

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Assist Product Managers in the facilitation of project development and as quality gatekeepers of project deliverables.

\xc2\xb7 Work with global cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and break them into detailed, workable epics and user stories with emphasis on acceptance criteria.

\xc2\xb7 Support technical team to provide clarity on business requirements/acceptance criteria

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and participate in various test phases, and present regular status updates to stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Identify, prioritise, implement and manage issue root causes, and present findings and recommendations for workgroup and/or business improvements

\xc2\xb7 Enforce project and QA processes and encourage an adherence culture among the team and stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and improve efficiency and overall quality of deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate release activities and effectively communicate plan to stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Support QA testers to identify and review test cases where necessary

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A fast learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Technology or Finance background, or related degree preferred

\xc2\xb7 2+ years of working experience in professional product development

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in Agile and/or DevOps

\xc2\xb7 Experience working with global cross-functional teams would be advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to all levels of audiences

\xc2\xb7 Possess the ability to identify and manage risks/issues with strong problem management skills

\xc2\xb7 Possess an understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Possess knowledge in automation testing and related frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Serenity, Appium, Calabash would be advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Possess working knowledge in API gateway and service technologies such as, web services, REST, SOAP, HTTP, XML, JSON, YAML would be advantageous.
