As a
Technical Account Manager
, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical services and support to clients, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Performing operations and maintenance tasks for cloud environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
Administering operating systems and databases, ensuring high availability and data security.
Collaborating with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery and system handover.
Conducting solution reviews, diagnose complex issues, and apply cloud best practices.
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and operational guidelines.
Stay updated with cloud systems
Education
Candidates must have at least a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1 - 3 years experience working with cloud industry, network/system operations (OS and database administration)
Technical knowledge of cloud platforms
Familiarity with container orchestration and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java) and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge technical and business requirements.
Professional certifications in cloud platforms are an advantage
Strong fluency in Mandarin and English for cross regional support

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
