We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical & Administrative Coordinator to support the operational and technical departments in the elevator industry. The role bridges the gap between technical teams, management, clients, and vendors by ensuring smooth coordination, document control, project tracking, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support GM and technicians in scheduling installations, maintenance, and inspection activities.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers for materials, components, and technical documentation (e.g., drawings, manuals).
Maintain records of service reports, test certificates, and quality control documents.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, document filing, correspondence).
Manage internal documentation: contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor files.
Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Maintain employee attendance records, timesheets, and support HR in staff coordination.
Ensure follow-up on client queries and project updates.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the elevator, construction industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
