About TCS Controls:

TCS Controls is a leading provider of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV, Door Access, and Barrier Gates. We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Administrator to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Your New Role:

In this role, you will provide administrative support with a technical focus, working closely with our technical and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone with an understanding of technical concepts who is eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

Handle staff-related administrative tasks such as attendance management, enforcing company policies, and processing claims. Manage stock, including inventory tracking and restocking as needed. Key in supplier invoices and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate. Handle staff-related administrative tasks such as attendance management, enforcing company policies, and processing claims. Provide administrative support for technical projects and teams. Coordinate with technical personnel to ensure smooth project implementation. Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and technical inventory. Communicate effectively with both the technical team and clients regarding project status. Prepare and maintain records of technical activities and reports. Support technical staff by facilitating meetings, managing documentation, assisting in logistics, and handling general HR-related administration for the team.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, Electrical, IT or related field is highly preferred. Experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams. Ability to understand technical terminology and concepts to assist in effective communication.
