Key Responsibilities

Coverage: Residential, Commercial & Industrial, and Large-Scale Solar PV Plants.
Project Operations Management: To supervise and manage all aspects of project operations implemented by the team from pre, during & post construction.
Team Management: To lead, plan, direct, coordinate and develop strategies with and for the team to ensure successful project implementations.
Staff Development: To train and enhance the teams\xe2\x80\x99 skillset and capabilities.
Quality Control & Assurance: To ensure the implementation and compliance of technical standards practiced by the company.
Technical Review: To conduct and verify technical reviews including engineering designs, bill of material, standards, method of statement and relevant processes. To conduct value engineering recommendations. To lead the technical/engineering section of any tender submissions.
Technical Support & Enhancement: To provide forward thinking technical advice and support and develop new technical standards and recommendations. To constantly update or gain a deep understanding of the market to keep the company processes at the forefront of the market in solar PV and relevant exploration such as Energy Storage System & emerging energy technologies.
Technical Liaison: To provide and establish good communications with relevant stakeholders, when necessary (Eg: customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors/vendors to ensure the projects are implemented smoothly, safely and within schedule.

Key Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the solar PV industry and/or electrical industry related to design and/or projects.
Strong knowledge and experience in solar DC and AC design and installation.
Field experience in the solar EPC industry.

Knowledge and experience in software such as:
Solar PV system design software systems (Aurora, Helioscope or equivalent and PVSyst).
Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel & Project)
Autocad
Strong organisation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Project management skills
Have an excellent communication skill and the ability to liaise at all levels.
Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Team player and pro-active.
Minimum a Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering, Clean Energy or Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Candidate with GCPV certificate with SEDA (Preferred)
Owns a vehicle and willing to willing to travel and be based at project site (when required).
