Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Instructor
is responsible for delivering hands-on training and theoretical knowledge to students in line with industry standards and accreditation requirements. The role involves preparing lesson plans, teaching practical skills, and ensuring students gain the competencies needed for employment in their respective fields. Instructors are expected to guide and assess learners' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain proper training documentation. They must also ensure a safe and conducive learning environment, keep equipment and tools in good condition, and stay updated with current industry practices. In addition, TVET Instructors play a key role in motivating and mentoring students to develop not only technical expertise but also soft skills, discipline, and professionalism for future careers.
