A position within Silva Program is open, for a Technical Architect. The role will act as as the expert and the referent for the below topics
ServiceNow Product Roadmap
Technical Expertise on all ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLA, Asset & CI, Problem, Reporting and Performance Analytics) & ITPM (business application management) as well as all Business Modules (HR Case and HR On & Off Boarding, Facilities)
A deep knowledge on ServiceNow scripting to support the following - (workflow configuration, ACLs, Business Rules, UI policies, Client Scripts & Scripts includes, Service Porta Technology, Event, Discovery, Purge & Archiving, Automated Test framework)

Job purpose
The Technical Architect's main role is to support the Central Design Team including the Business Process Consultants, the Technical teams (developers & deployment teams) while ensuring technical debt of the platform is under control at all times.
The role will help to implement and deploy our solutions in a cost-effective way, by analysing and documenting the technical requirements to ensure the business needs is fulfilled. The role includes:
The understanding of functional requirements,
Design and propose solutions,
Validate the technical specifications,
Control and validate the developments,
Validate that the solution answers the business needs and provides functional support over the solution.
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
Scope of work will be on all modules and enablers used from ServiceNow platform.
The high developments quality level - be able to assess the quality of the code, using the ServiceNow recommendations and best practices.
Ensure the code documentation is at the right level
Ensure and be able to assess the optimization of the code provided by the scrum team.
Optimize the different flows between Silva and the third systems
Ensure the team respect the AXA Group Security Standards
The right level of performance for the platform
Continuously monitoring the instances and providing accurate and regular dashboards.
Provide a clear status of the level of achievement and situation.
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Technical skills
Relevant experience in Interface Design and developments
Understand the design guiding principles with proper alignment with AXA Design main guidelines.
Relevant experience in developments on ServiceNow framework
Understand, support and evolve the strategic vision of the Silva Integration with external parties
Ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management: Relevant experience (5 to 10 years) in ITSM tools (JIRA, Service Manager, Service Center...)
Measure the impact of the required functionality on the existing data / processes
Expertise required is mix of animation, prototyping, development, research & engineering, visual and interaction sketching into epics, user stories & specifications
Update in the ServiceNow framework the status of the developments
Understand functional requirements and propose product features, validate technical specifications, oversee development, validate that the product answers business needs and provide functional support over the solution.
Web Development
JavaScript, jQuery, RHINO and Angular JS
Expertise on Service-now LDAP, SAML, MID Server, Javascript, Jelly, Agile, PHP, MySQL
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist
Advanced System Administration
ServiceNow scripting
Development, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, JSON, REST and Web Service Integration
Knowledge of XML, CSV, WSDL, Mapping, Webservice Rest & Soap, X509 would be a plus
ITIL Certification would be a plus
