Job Location : Johor Bahru, Johor KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To manage team members effectively so that each team member achieves his targeted productivity, efficiency and revenue Provide technical support and monitor checking of vehicle according to Final Control SOP, to ensure all listed points have been checked by technician and assist to elevate Xentry Tips case to MBM DAC for technical assistance. To ensure that the jobs are performed on customer\'s cars as per MB Standards and issues are addressed conclusively in the first visit of the car To ensure repairs are performed within the stipulated time, to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery to customer To train and develop team members To ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is followed by all team members fully Ensure periodic tools & equipment check and maintenance /workshop housekeeping Achieving the financial target set by the management every month KEY REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automotive) or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Chinese would be an added advantage. At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably from continental/ European brands Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
