Job Vacancy: Technical Assistant, Elite Crew - Johor
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Assistant to join our Elite Crew (EC) . If you are an exceptional technical expert ready to solve complex problems and provide outstanding service, we want you to be part of our team!

• Employment Type: Full Time Contract, 12 months.
• Basic Salary: RM2200 per month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Work Location: Johor.

Job Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers.
• Personal Attributes: Possess a high level of patience, be proactive and eager to learn new things, and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Expert Resolve complex technical issues within a customer's home, from the main connection point to all personal devices.
• Perform Internet Service Restoration Take charge of restoring and repairing internet services at customer homes, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
• Provide Advanced Technical Support Address "beyond connectivity" issues and provide support for a broad spectrum of services and devices.
• Act as a Primary Escalation Point Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical problems.
• Conduct Professional Consultations Provide expert advice and solutions during on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage Field Operations Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and ensure the proper upkeep of the assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
