Employment Type

: Full Time Contract, 12 months.

Basic Salary

: RM2200 per month

Working Hours

: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Work Location

:Johor Bahru, Kota Tinggi, Muar, Kluang, Segamat.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a Technical Expert

Resolve complex technical issues within a customer's home, from the main connection point to all personal devices.

Perform Internet Service Restoration

Take charge of restoring and repairing internet services at customer homes, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.

Provide Advanced Technical Support

Address "beyond connectivity" issues and provide support for a broad spectrum of services and devices.

Act as a Primary Escalation Point

Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical problems that cannot be solved by other field teams.

Conduct Professional Consultations

Provide expert advice and solutions during on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage Field Operations

Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and ensure the proper upkeep of the assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory.

Job Requirements

A Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics. Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in using computers. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
