Job Vacancy: Technical Assistant, Elite Crew - Sarawak
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Assistant to join our Elite Crew (EC), a specialized team within the State Operations unit. If you are an exceptional technical expert ready to solve complex problems and provide outstanding service, we want you to be part of our team!

• Employment Type: Full Time Contract, 12 months.
• Basic Salary: RM2200 per month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Work Location: Kuching, Sarawak.

Job Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers.
• Certificate: CA1A (Copper Pair), CA2C (Fiber-to-the-Home - FTTH), PLAKS (Work at Height).
• Personal Attributes: Possess a high level of patience, be proactive and eager to learn new things, and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Become the Ultimate Problem Solver: Your primary role is to be a technical expert in resolving issues inside the customer's home, from the main connection point (BTU) to all of the customer's personal devices.
Handle "Beyond Connectivity" Issues: This role goes beyond standard internet repairs. You will provide support for issues related to a wide range of services and devices, including:
- Smart Home systems
- Lifestyle services like TV and online gaming
- Other connected devices
Act as a Key Escalation Point: You will be the go-to person for complex problems that cannot be solved by other field teams (Band B).
Provide Professional Consultation: You will conduct professional consultancy visits to provide expert advice and solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage Daily Operations: You are responsible for ensuring your work is properly documented and that your assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory are well-maintained.
