Position: Technical Assistant Company Background: Oil and Gas company Working Location: Damansara Height Tenure: 1 year contract (renewable basis) Basic Offered: Up to RM 3,500 Job Responsibilities: To coordinate and prepare the draft deck for the weekly NEG report, RNEG Weekly Highlights, Bi-Weekly streaming & Design team\'s weekly update. To prepare and collect data, and charts from Planners/Engineers and Design & Standard/Construction Managers from planning to ongoing construction till streaming site updates for RNEG Manager, ManCom, Manila Management in a timely and accurate manner To Assist in compiling data and preparingVendor & Contractor Appraisal, Safety KPIs and POIMS. Constantly coordinating with Safety Champion (for both Safety & POIMS), Reporting Coordinator, Acquisition & Development Team, and Real Estate Department on the number\'s alignment & project status Monitoring of BSLO tracking/movement on weekly basis. Assist BSLO routing for approval and backup as an additional reviewer on the prepared BSLO by Planner. To monitor good SLA for all technical layouts\' submission for routing & review Managing e-filing & physical filing system for approved documents. DES checking for both Design & Construction teams. To coordinate with SAP analyst in segregation of the project invoices, VO, PTR-A checking, and to ensure timely approvals from respective endorsers. Assisting the entire Design & Construction group in all daily administrative matters Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in business management/business administration/or any that is equivalent. Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience in construction administration support using Microsoft tools. Fresh Graduates with internship experience is most welcomed to apply. Required to travel whenever needed. Good communication in English and Mandarin language, both written and spoken due to business needs.
