Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that ultimately supports safe operation and maintenance of a high performing offshore gas facility.What\xe2\x80\x99s the role?This role supports the Sarawak Gas Asset in Shell Malaysia Upstream Conventional Oil and Gas PU with 12 gas fields onstream, 4 subsea installations, 72 producing wells 8 wells among other projects.
The Technical Assistant supports the Production Manager by managing contracts, processing invoices, and overseeing ad-hoc purchases and approvals. They are responsible for preparing and filing documents, improving data management, and ensuring accurate data entry. Additionally, they handle logistics, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination, while managing calendars and organizing internal and external meetings. The role also involves assisting with team events and representing the social committee, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for the Sarawak Production Team.Role requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.
• Energetic and self-driven individual with proven experience in Administration Support activities.
• Good interpersonal and communications skill.
• Detailed oriented and Knowledgeable in document management and database management
• Proficiency in using PC software applications/tools esp. MSWORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
• Proficient with use of SAP system
