Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for project execution.
Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain technology equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance on employee work and operational standards.
Supervise product quality and promptly analyze and address quality issues.
Assist supervisors in handling daily affairs.
Arrange and coordinate employee work.
Follow up on order completion in a timely manner.
Track and document order requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with other departments to provide technical expertise for ongoing projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a technical support or assistant role is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Proficiency with CAD software or similar tools (required).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
