About the Role This is a vital addition to our rapidly growing digital business, and this person is expected to be the technical point of contact for internal AIA stakeholders, digital channel partners, vendor\'s engineering and project team. This person is also expected to double-hat as a solution architect who is capable of piecing together the different components / solutions that are required for the business to thrive. Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and work with vendors, systems owners, architecture team, and program team to design solutions to fulfil the business requirements. Work with technical vendors to learn new solution features and provide feedback to improves feature sets. Conduct and facilitate discussions with business users and technical stakeholders to gather and clarify user requirements, business processes and operation pain points. Drive design of customer journeys within what is technically feasible. Prepare and manage documentation of the business requirements to support the proposed solutions. Work closely with vendor\'s development team to configure a solution platform to support business requirements. Work with business users to document and prepare test cases. Conduct and facilitate user acceptance test sessions. Work with business, tech , security and enterprise architect to evaluate systems and vendors during RFP ( request for proposal) , new system onboarding, and new vendor onboarding. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in any relevant field of study. 6-8 years of experience in delivery of technical solutions. Familiar with launching digital products or marketing technology. Experience in system analysis and design. Experience in Agile Development Methodology such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience in working with stakeholders to produce wire frames / mock-up / prototype for early-stage user testing and refinement of the user requirements. Previous experience in a startup environment would be advantageous. Strong in stakeholder management with ability to communicate with middle and seniormanagement team, internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding and belief that technology can drive business outcomes.
