Open to candidates available in Malaysia ) REQUIREMENTS - Mandatory Skills : Java, J2EE, Oracle, MSSQL and Unix/LINUX/Windows technologies, ITIL practices and ITSM tools Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role, working with Java, J2EE, Oracle, MSSQL, and Unix/Linux/Windows technologies. Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs. Solid understanding of ITIL practices and their application in IT service management. Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Desk. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, database administrators, and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical and business-related issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within specified timelines. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to evaluate the technical and business viability of proposed solutions. Perform data analysis and modeling tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient data management practices. Participate in system design and architecture discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of developed solutions. Coordinate with system administrators to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications in various environments (Unix/Linux/Windows). Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize database structures and queries, using Oracle and MSSQL technologies. Apply ITIL practices to align IT services with business objectives, including change management, incident management, problem management, and service request management. Utilize ITSM tools to streamline and automate IT service management processes, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations on how they can be leveraged to enhance business processes and solutions.
