Position Overview

We are hiring a

Technical BA Lead

to drive requirement standardization, lead Business Analysts and UI/UX Designers, and bridge business needs with technical execution. You will oversee documentation quality, prototyping, user flows, and ensure smooth alignment across multiple ongoing projects.

This role suits a strong communicator, leader, and solution-oriented professional with a solid background in business analysis and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Business Analysts and UI/UX Designers. Establish standards, templates, best practices, and documentation guidelines. Oversee creation of wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and user journeys. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications (BRS, FSD). Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams. Manage multiple project workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning). Provide solutioning guidance across business and technical domains. Report progress and updates to senior leadership. Promote continuous improvement across analysis and design processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years in Business Analysis

, with

5+ years in a leadership/managerial role

. Strong experience preparing

BRS, FSD

, and documentation for complex systems. Hands-on experience with

JIRA, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp

. Familiarity with

cloud technologies

and Agile/Scrum. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience translating requirements into intuitive system designs. Knowledge of

UI/UX tools

: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Lucidchart, Balsamiq.

Good to Have

SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of DevOps deployment workflow. Experience in solution architecture or system analysis. Background in AI, automation, or modernization projects. Certified Scrum Master is an added advantage.
