To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsSummary : As a Technical Business Analyst, he/she will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, combining business analysis expertise with a strong technical foundation. He or She will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing technical requirements, and delivering solutions that align with organizational goals.Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Technical Solution Design:

• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Identify technical constraints, risks, and opportunities during solution design.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Data Analysis & Integration:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Support integration of systems, APIs, and data flows across platforms.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support QA processes, including reviewing test plans and validating technical requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered product meets business expectations.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for technical and operational improvement.
• Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Five-Eight (5-8) years of relevant experience as Business Analyst.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Should have sales process knowledge.
• Experience in building IT products(channel partner management portal, claims process portal, incentive commission, bidding, contract) for Global Sales organization preferred.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin language.
