Short Summary - Technical Consultant (D365 F&O)

Position:

Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Focus:

Application support, technical consulting, and development for D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities (Short Form)

Provide technical support for D365 F&O Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Projects, SO/PO). Translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications. Develop and test customizations, extensions, and integrations (X++, Power Platform). Handle Application Change Requests (ACRs) and ensure timely delivery. Support global users, including troubleshooting and training. Maintain documentation for development, support, and system changes. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and UAT. Work with global IT teams (onshore/offshore) and external partners. Stay updated with D365 releases and contribute to upgrade planning.

Qualifications (Short Form)

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science (or related). Minimum 1 year experience in D365 F&O/AX technical development. Strong hands-on skills in

X++

, D365 extensions, event handlers, data entities. Good understanding of D365 architecture, data model & integrations (DMF, OData). Experience with SQL/T-SQL and Azure DevOps. Power Platform knowledge is an advantage. Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500). Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work globally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,800.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
