Role Overview

This person will design and manage APIs and integration solutions that connect different banking applications. They will work with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build APIs and integration workflows using tools like Axway, MuleSoft, or IIB. Connect different banking systems securely and efficiently. Work with Java Spring for backend service development. Coordinate with business and IT teams to understand integration needs. Lead Agile ceremonies (as Scrum Master or Agile PO). Ensure deployment and environment readiness with DevOps teams. Support system upgrades, automation, and performance improvements. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth delivery. Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and release management.

Required Skills

Technical:

IBM IIB / MQ (ESB) MuleSoft (ESB) Java Spring Framework API Architecture & Integration patterns

Delivery & Process:

Agile/Scrum, Scrum Master or Agile PO experience DevOps understanding PMP or ITIL knowledge (good to have)

Domain & Collaboration:

Banking/Financial services experience Client and stakeholder management Organizational change management

Nice to Have

Certification in API platforms (Axway, MuleSoft, etc.) Experience in cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) Microservices exposure

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,500.00 per month
