The role

• Ability to develop detailed and execute against project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Ability to develop Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements to solution / technologies.
• Create and implement systems and platform designs based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.
• Able to complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
• Able to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
• Work with the project manager(s) to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
• Able to identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
• Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.
• Maintain a high ethical view.

What we need to see from you

• Highly motivated and results oriented

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Integrator or within a large organization (

2000 users) implementing complex IT solutions. * 5+ years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.

• Must be certified in Microsoft Office 365
• Have undertaken several Office 365 migrations including.

• On premise to cloud \xe2\x80\x93 required.
• Cloud to Cloud e.g., Google - desirable
• Expert knowledge in the following technology areas

• Business Productivity (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Teams)
• Exchange & Messaging Technologies
• Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid)
• Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S)
• Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP and other security solutions
• Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas

• Office 365 Migration Tools \xe2\x80\x93 BitTitan, Quest etc
• Ancillary Office 365 workloads including but not limited to Forms, Planner, Power Automate, PowerBI, Yammer, Stream..
• Network and Advanced Security in Office 365
• Information management
• Mobility and WAN
• Identity management
• Desirable skills to have experience around the following:

• Citrix
• Teams Enterprise Voice configuration
• Will have experience from all phases of the development lifecycle and of formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP) and service management (ITIL).
• Good problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings.
