Provide technical support to enhance sales and after-sales services across departments
Assist the sales team by joining customer visits and helping with product presentations
Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops during roadshows and events
Support marketing by creating content, including regular video tutorials for social media
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
Work with the development team to create new product ideas and improve existing ones
Conduct product testing and sensory evaluations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following 5S standards
Operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
Take on other tasks assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
