Job Title : Technical Customer Support Representative Company : Alpha Masterclass Sdn. Bhd. Location : Puchong, Selangor : Assist customers with technical issues, including software setup, troubleshooting technical problems and account registration. Manage customers\' trading accounts as daily operations by following the SOP. Conduct personalized 1-on-1 Zoom sessions to explain services. Conduct group Zoom sessions to showcase product benefits and drive sales. Understand and respond to customer needs, maintaining frequent communication via Zoom and WhatsApp to build confidence in our services. Collaborate with the service team for high customer satisfaction, aiming to secure ongoing customer loyalty. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases for our trading robot. Requirements: Open to fresh graduates eager to learn and grow. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Enthusiastic about presentations, educating others, and thriving on interpersonal communication. Passionate about new technologies and their application to improve work efficiency. A problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach to creating easily understandable written material. Able to cultivate relationships with prospects, students, and team members. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field is a plus Background in sales is advantageous.
