What you will learn and contribute to

• Technically manage build elements of a Fulfilment Software Integration solution to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of assigned Fulfilment Project
• Technically Manage Fulfilment solutions that meet the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements of assigned Fulfilment Project
• Design Input and Contribution to Fulfilment Software Integration solution design.
• Provide Technical Support to Nokia CNS BA GS Digital Operations Team Members of assigned Fulfilment Project.
• Provide Technical updates to customer and internal solution stakeholders pertaining to delivery status of assigned Fulfilment Project
• Participation in design specifications assessing impacts of change to the Fulfilment Solution.
• Provide technical Support to project Team members during Defect Triage for internally raised defects (System Test) and customer raised defects.
• Create and maintain detailed technical schedule of assigned Fulfilment Project
• Monitor project financials and report any discrepancies to AS&C DO (Fulfilment) Delivery Lead \xe2\x80\x93 APJ in a timely manner.
• Ensure technical solution delivers to contractual scope; any deviation needs to follow CR process.

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Nokia Digital Operations Fulfilment Application (Flow One, UIV, NOrC)
• \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, network management and IoT (Internet of Things) as it relates to the Fulfilment Software Integration Solution.
• \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Unix
• \xc2\xb7 Decomposition of task and activities of Fulfilment Software Integration Solution resulting in detailed project plan (technical schedule)

Soft skills

• \xc2\xb7 Analytic mind trained in detailed and structured work
• \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• \xc2\xb7 Communicating complex topics toward non-expert stakeholders
• \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail as well as seeing / understanding the bigger picture
