  • Responsible in overseeing end-to-end software development (including analysis, design and development to testing and implementation) of Bank Wide Customer Information (BWCIF) and BWC (Bankwide CIF) Customer File solutions.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders on technical issues in business language.
  • Involved with design and development of applications based on change requests and project requirements.
  • Ensuring system documentation captures design decisions of the solutions.
  • Overse testing to ensure application improvements have strong functionality and optimisation.
  • Install, customise and integrate various software packages and programmes into the solution.
Job Requirements
  • At least 9 years of working experience in software development; core banking will be an added advantage
  • Mandatory domain knowledge on Bank Wide Customer Information (BWCIF).
  • Knowledge in Silverlake\'s banking software BWCIF module is mandatory.
  • Team leadership and end-to-end project management experience is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in managing technical and non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG programming and ALDON.
