Job Description

The Technical Delivery Manager ensures the successful delivery and quality of financial enhancements and oversees applications.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders from project initiation to post-deployment, managing end-to-end delivery, technical planning, and participating in development, testing, and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project delivery, ensuring technical deliverables meet requirements within the allocated budget. Coordinate across application teams to manage technical dependencies. Monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery. Provide regular status updates on technical progress. Report to Program/Project Manager for strategic programs. Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts, System Analysts, and SMEs to understand and implement requirements. Contribute to the specification phase, including effort estimates and delivery plans. Work with Domain Architects, Development Managers, and Security Architects to ensure solution compliance with design principles, security, and control standards. Manage application teams in building the enhancements with the Development Manager. Ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results. Coordinate with IT Security for penetration testing and remediation of findings. Prepare and manage technical implementation plans and coordinate across application teams for production cutover and post-implementation support.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 9 years of experience in Banking/IT. Knowledge of IBM AS400 platform, RPG, CL & COBOL programming, ALDON. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile development methodology. Familiarity with Silverlake's banking software suite (Customer, Deposits, Loans & Credit, ATM, Channels, Reporting, Wealth Management, or Payment modules). Pay: RM174,000.00 - RM198,000.00 per year
