About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Tech Delivery Manager to oversee the QR Management initiative within the Core Banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SDLC, delivery tracking, and stakeholder coordination, with added value for those from a PMO background.

  • Oversee and manage the full CR lifecycle, from execution through UAT and sign-off.
  • Track, monitor, and report the progress of CRs to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and remove blockers during CR implementation.
  • Ensure delivery milestones and quality standards are met for every change item.
  • Review and consolidate implementation checklists ahead of go-live, and align with delivery team for accuracy and completeness.
  • Present and explain implementation readiness to CR management team.
  • Maintain detailed documentation using Jira, Confluence, and PPM tools to track issues, updates, and changes.
  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and progress updates using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Drive and support adherence to SDLC processes, including versioning, documentation, quality control, and deployment governance.
  • Liaise with PMO for alignment on delivery timelines, resourcing, and escalation protocols.
Job Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in technical delivery management or project coordination
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across at least 2 complete SDLC cycles
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PPM tools
  • Experience in managing change requests from initiation to deployment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to track timelines, raise risks, and escalate appropriately
  • Background in PMO or project governance
  • Experience in Core Banking environments
  • Familiarity with QR management processes and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of UAT planning and stakeholder sign-off processes
