Manage end-to-end delivery of card systems projects and enhancements.
Coordinate with business, technical teams, and vendors to meet delivery timelines.
Oversee application support, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation.
Support change, release, and deployment activities in the cards platform.
Required Skills
Experience in Cards domain systems (Cardlink).
Mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
Middleware & application servers: WebLogic, JBoss EAP, JBoss Web Server, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere.
Solid understanding of application delivery, support, and production operations.
Stakeholder coordination and delivery management skills.
