Key objectives

• To utilise technology to assist our operations and services for both physical and digital banking.
• To provide cutting-edge financial technology solutions that support business expansion and tech-nological change.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure successful completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and application security testing by working together with the test manager.
• Take the initiative, participate in creative problem-solving activities that call for conceptual thinking and the development of "out of the box" solutions using prototypes and pilots.
• The project's criteria should be met while staying within the allotted budget and timeframe for technical deliverables, which includes any system updates and additions.
• Promote the creation of cards systems of the highest quality, and make sure that the global architecture principles, enterprise design principles, security standards, and control standards are followed.

To qualify an individual must possess:

• Practical knowledge of the Oracle database, Java platform/J2ee, and Java web container (such as WebLogic, JBoss EAP, JBoss Webserver Tomcat, IBM Websphere, etc.), as well as Web servers (such as JBoss Webserver Apache, Oracle iPlanet, Oracle HTTP web server, etc.).
• Preferable experience in the banking or fintech sectors in the cards domain.
• Having led a team providing production support.
• Experience managing teams and managing projects, stakeholders, and vendors for at least 6 years.
