Create, update, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, system guides, API documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, workflows, and release notes.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Ensure documentation adheres to company standards, structure, and formatting guidelines.
Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and operations teams to gather information and validate content.
Participate in product demos, testing cycles, and sprint reviews to understand new features and system changes to ensure timely updates aligned with release schedules.
Perform regular audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
Manage documentation version control and ensure compliance with internal documentation frameworks.
Use documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitHub, Figma, Markdown, Jira, or other industry-standard platforms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Able to use Confluence, Notion, GitHub, Figma, Markdown, Jira, or other industry-standard platforms.
Proven experience in technical writing or documentation roles within a tech, SaaS, or engineering environment.
Good communication skills, motivated, and a quick learner.
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
