Door Access System:
Maintain and troubleshoot electronic door access systems.
Ensure system integrity and security.
Provide access control support to staff.
Public Address (PA) System:
Monitor and maintain PA systems.
Perform regular testing and troubleshooting.
Support emergency announcements and other communications.
Data/Wifi/PABX Systems:
Provide first-level support for data networks, WiFi, and PABX systems.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity and communication issues.
Coordinate with IT for advanced support when necessary.
SMATV System:
Maintain and troubleshoot Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV) systems.
Ensure high-quality signal distribution throughout the facility.
General Electrical Support:
Provide L1 support for other electrical systems as needed.
Respond to emergency electrical issues.

o Adherence to the service level agreement
o Timely and accurate compilation of all issues highlighted by client
