Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with the configuration and setup of services. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction through effective communication. Offer clear and concise solutions to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively. Guide customers patiently toward self-help solutions through our support portals and resources. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Office 365, and cloud services, providing clear, actionable solutions. Offer proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve the overall customer experience. Liaise with customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, tickets, and other support platforms. Maintain thorough documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base for future reference. Collaborate with team members to stay updated on the latest features, tools, and products related to Microsoft 365/Office 365, cloud services, and related technologies. Meeting with client and provide the technical aspects of services, providing clear and detailed explanations of service we provide.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Information Technology environment focusing on Microsoft 365. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications. Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration are mandatory. Experience in preparing valuable presentation slides for relevant audiences. Has good organization skills, self-initiative, and commitment with a high degree of flexibility and resiliency. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
