The company has four individual divisions that work together towards the success of the general goal achievement. Role Description 1. To control all activities to achieve improving performance with key emphasis on timing and quality with are include of trouble shooting, testing and commissioning equipment. 2. Plan and set quality objectives to meet the company quality policy. 3. Evaluate and improve team performance. 4. Support on all aspects due to testing and commissioning. 5. Provide guidance/advice to subordinates. Primary Duties 1. To plan schedule according to the project department works programme 2. To provide skill and knowledges support to technicians 3. To check quality of work delivered by technicians. 4. To carry out minor technican work when necessary 5. Prepare the Purchase Requisition Document 6. Prepare the defect form to Project Department 7. Prepare the Testing Report 8. Prepare JKKP Inspection form Qualifications Experience in designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining elevator systems Strong in electrical & electronics fields engineering Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage Knowledge of project planning, implementation and quality control Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
