My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our team in the building manufacturing industry. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of building projects, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in building technologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review technical designs, plans, and specifications for building projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase, addressing any issues that arise.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies for building projects.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
• Ensure that all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in building manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Engineer in the building manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
