EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS & DEVELOPMENT (MARKETING)

To submit report to HOD for management weekly meeting on the latest marketing status.

To prepare weekly marketing plan for H.O.D weekly.

To update daily activities and all business status weekly.

To prepare sales forecast report for management review meeting

To attend all customer/supplier inguiries complaints, vendor briefing and involve in vendor improvement activities.

To establish NPR and IFQ for quotation preparation together with all necessary documentation including quotation from mould maker, material supplier and drawing.

Quotation which are prepared and submitted must be kept in confidential

To follow up on development status with project leader part and to ensure job completed on time or as per schedule.

To liaise with mould maker, material supplier on latest technology related to automotive industry.

To follow up on all outstanding debt from customers and to ensure its collection from time to time.

To do market analysis on automotive industry and identify possible areas which AHP could participate and penetrate.

Participate on any related exhibition to explore new market, customer, technologies and industries.

To propose new product to customer and to enhance our current product to be more value-added with assistant by Development team

To liase with government agencies and related association for bussiness apportunities and marketing strategies.

To explore of new potential domestic and foreign customers for global market.

To ensure TS16949/QS9000/ISO 9002 procedure at B&D dept is carry out efficiently.

Others as determined by the Management from time to time.

Ensuring EHS Management System running smoothly according to OHSAS & ISO 14001 Standard

Responsible for communicating to employees regarding environmental issues, safety and health, and the role of the person responsible for taking care of the interests of the environment, health and safety at the company.

To conduct sosial and recreation activities with customers such as dinner, karaoke, band, trip, fishing, golf and etc.

Initial kick off for new project (automotive and non automotive)

Prepare hand out kick off

Project leader for mold transfer project

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
