• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, drainage, clean and repair circuit breaker panels
• To check and ensure the facilities equipment is in a good condition such as sewerage, fire alarm system, M&E, Genset and drainage systems.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• To lead and participate in diagnoses of equipment vibration failures, analysis and eliminate root cause.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Carry out a detailed evaluation of workshop equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning
• To support & assist the building facility team member on the day-to-day activities

maintence and submit all maintenance record. * Involved in auditing building facilities.

• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• The Facility Executive should have a recognized FM qualification such as a post graduate diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering
• Degree and / or at least 7 years experience in a related field with technical certificate
• At least 5 years of working experience as a General Infrastructure Technician.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa. Result orientedAgility & productivity Problem-solving skillsFull-Time position(s) available, able to work within shift schedule

RM2,300 - RM4,300 a month
