We are looking for a Technical Executive to ensure effective execution of Nestle Professional MY Trade assets deployed to the customer's site, process improvement, and the maintenance of production assets to ensure safety and quality for manufacturing excellence.
A day in the life of...

• Ensure machine undeployed at warehouse (Physical and C4C) by coordinating logistics delivery and maintenance repair operations of NP assets located at Branch Warehouse.

• Monitor machine conditions located at warehouse, arrange indoor repair for and return major issue machines to Vending Central Warehouse.

• Ensure physical machine's status tally with C4C and ERP status 100% at Branch Warehouse.

• Machine logistic management (DC - VCW & DC to Customer) by managing machines delivery, relocation, and return to VCW on schedule.

• Enforce FIFO of trade assets at warehouse, machine are cleaned, good working conditions with precise end cup recipe and branding.

• Responsible for Field Coaching and Trainings (Customers, Operators, Technicians) by organizing related trainings on new machine models for all customers.

• Manage Branch Warehouse spare parts inventory, replenish spare part to ensure sufficient parts for breakdown repairing. Write off spare part at branch level.

• Monitor machine conditions at Branch Warehouse; Arrange machine repair 'Under Repair / Under Service ' to technical team.

• Manage C4C, ERP and GPA system at Branch level.

• Monitor NPCC report, arrange job assignment to technical team according to the response period. Ensure all machines are audited and achived minimum assigned service cycle. Able to anticipate, trouble-shoot and resolve quality deviations in collaboration with the suppliers and the QA Manager.

What Will Make You Successful,

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent;

• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)

• Good communication, presentation & PR skills required
