Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify all incoming stocks to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Provide comprehensive support to the procurement team, assisting in sourcing materials and evaluating supplier quotations.
Conduct detailed research and comparison of technical specifications for various products and materials.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock movements, ensuring real-time updates and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline stock handling and distribution.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by the supervisor, contributing to the efficiency of technical operations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and documentation.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
