About the job Technical HelpdeskAbout the company:Our client, the largest public bus provider in Johor, was established with the aim of delivering an efficient and sustainable public transport system for the community.Job Responsibilities:
- \xef\xbb\xbfRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing
- Update internal systems with information about technical issues which require back-end development team to address.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar degree is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years technical helpdesk experience - experience with Jira ticketing is a plus.
- Have knowledge of software applications, debugging and programming.
- Excellent problem solving and follow up skills to ensure all tickets are closed
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to translate customer issues into actions for the engineering and product teams, achieving positive customer results.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 4, Johor Bahru.
