Job Description


Key Purpose of the Role

  • Provide technical Level 1, 2 & 3 IT support via telephone, chat and in person for local, regional, and global users from beginning to resolution following ITIL guidelines and processes.
  • Focus in resolving user\xe2\x80\x99s IT problems/questions to cause minimum disruption to their work.
Required Experience
  • 5+ Years Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk (systems, computers, telecommunications) of experience in
different areas of IT
  • Certifications and demonstrable experience/knowledge in operating systems, infrastructure, network,
storage, Cloud and new technologies especially O365 and Cloud
  • Very experienced in analysis, troubleshooting, incident Lifecyle and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience in several ITIL 4 Service Management practices (appendix A)
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Any other certification (AZURE, CCNA, MCP etc.) would be a bonus
Skills & Capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) to be able to engage with other support groups and Us_x0002_er\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Demonstrable ability to think around issues and look at the wider picture to provide solutions through a
variety of problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficient at adjusting their behavior to the demands of the work environment to remain productive
through periods of transition, ambiguity, uncertainty and stress.

Other Details
  • Team coverage is 5:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 7:00 PM 9 hour shifts will be assigned according to business needs.
  • There might be requirements to support on weekends 2-3 times per
