Technical Lead (C#) Role We are looking for a Technical Lead to design the structure of our IT systems and manage the planning, execution and implementation of software solutions. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We would also like you to have hands-on experience with software development and be able to manage complex software solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To define system specifications for URS
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
• Communicate system requirements to software development teams
• Guide team development towards successful delivery
• Evaluate and propose technical solutions to solve business problems
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure the implementation and deployment of the system
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and processes
• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation.
• Create PoC on emerging technologies / solutions
• Plan & evaluate team members competencies, skills, and propose training plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET MVC C# .NET Core)
• Programming experience with different design patterns and best practices
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD), Agile framework and Dev cycle
• Experience in Software Testing and tools
• Experience in Azure cloud services (e.g. App service, Containers, Storage, etc.)
• Experience in open source and mobile app technologies (e.g. Angular, Node.js, Xamarin, etc.)
