Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead who will lead the cross-functional team that is responsible for producing cloud native scalable software solutions and involved in the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. The tech lead will have to ensure development of software applications are reliable and consistent with the Chubb standards and guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have to be proficient in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Additionally, being familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum experience will be a plus and having worked in a Microsoft Azure environment is a must.
Responsibilities :

• Lead the development teams and ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Participate in all phases of cloud development from requirements definition and design, to development, deployment, and maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Skilled in developing the microservice
• Ensure quality, performance and security of the product
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.

• Overall 10+ experience software development and a minimum of 3 years experience in leading a team
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and .NET Core Developer in Agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET languages (such as C# and Visual Basic .NET) and Angular JavaScript framework.
• Expertise in designing, building, testing, and maintaining cloud applications and services on Microsoft Azure. In addition, he/she should have the ability to program in a language supported by Azure and proficiency in Azure SDKs, data storage options, data connections, APIs, app authentication and authorization, compute and container deployment, debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge on Azure Kubernetes service, Function App, Service Bus, Queue mechanisms
• Experienced in creating high level and low level architectural design documents.
• Ability to build/manage CI/CD pipeline.
• Knowledge of secured application coding/setup practices with remediation steps of common vulnerabilities.
• Familiar with application performance testing, databases (MSSQL) and ISS web server
