About the Role
We're looking for a Tech Lead to drive technical excellence, mentor our development team, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across projects. You'll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, guide implementation, and establish best practices that elevate our engineering standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and team leadership, with a focus on systems thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Laravel, Shopify, Magento, and Vue.js.
• Excellent understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven record of delivering stable, maintainable code on time.

Soft Skills

• Empathetic communicator who leads with clarity and understanding.
• Organized, structured, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and supportive team player with strong problem-solving mindset.

Experience

• 9+ years in software development.
• Background in agency or startup environments; enterprise exposure is a plus (non-bureaucratic).
• At least 2 years leading a team of 3 or more developers.About Us

Tanggungjawab

• Co-lead projects alongside Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Architect and provide technical solutions for Laravel, Shopify, Magento, and Vue-based projects.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and coaching.
• Estimate effort, plan sprints, and allocate resources effectively.
• Establish and maintain coding standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Proactively provide project updates and raise technical issues early.
• Oversee ticket review and task assignments to balance workloads and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership within the team.
